Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, serving as the primary contact for product-related queries.
  • Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) to guide the agile software development team.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders.
  • Identify user needs, help customers understand business value, and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
  • Drive business requirements with stakeholders into a product backlog.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories ready for implementation.
  • Document business requirements, functional and non-functional specifications for new business products, solutions, or processes.
  • Take an original idea from concept to product.
  • Work closely with developers and UX designers, influencing them effectively.
  • Work towards outcome-defined goals and product value with agile teams.
  • Solve product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track with business deliverables.

Must Have Technical/Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business informatics 
  • English level C1 is a must
  • 3-5 years of experience as a product owner.
  • Basic software development knowledge.
  • Knowledge in API design/microservices/integration strategies  is preferred
