About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Hardware Operations Support professional to manage and maintain all Office IT hardware assets, infrastructure, and software across VOIS Egypt. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational L3 support for over 10,000 employees, driving service excellence, and aligning with Vodafone’s culture and service level agreements. The individual will lead projects, support hiring, and implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Organise and implement new service operations within Office IT.
  • Lead and deliver projects on time, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of team members.
  • Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and manage business requests.
  • Ensure successful project delivery within budget and timelines.
  • Provide monthly progress updates to area management.
  • Manage day-to-day hardware operations and asset lifecycle.
  • Handle customer escalations and drive service improvement plans.
  • Ensure SLA compliance for incident and service request resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to vendors and follow through to resolution.

Who you are

  • Holder of a BSc degree with approximately 6 years of relevant experience, including people management.
  • Strong analytical thinker with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English and capable of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in asset management, service operations, and escalation handling.
  • Able to influence and adapt communication styles across complex relationships.
