Role Purpose

Develop and implement the core network voice configuration to support the voice service continuity and network expansion.

Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership

•    Providing all configurations needed in Voice (CS/IMS) domain to meet required performance 
•    Ownership of all new voice projects (New nodes rollout, upgrade actions, …) in all implementation phases
•    Managing all voice core network changes and provide technical support/guidance when needed
•    Handling the integration between core network (CS/IMS) nodes with other network entities (VAS, Charging, Roaming, …)
•    Providing support from voice technical perspective in all financial activities when needed  
•    New nodes Roll-out
•    Study the new requirements for the integration of new voice nodes for both Core (BC, MSCS, MGW, ITP, STP) & Access (BSC, RNC) nodes.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

•    Min 5 years of experience in voice network configuration
•    Very good experience in MSC/IMS configuration
•    Good knowledge of RAN nodes configuration


Must have technical / professional qualifications: 


•    Bachelor's degree of telecommunications
•    Troubleshooting and problem-solving technical analysis skills
•    Very good communication skills
