Your contribution:
- You are responsible for following up on actions, setup of structures and governance and constantly looking for potentials for optimization
- Acting as an interface and relationship management to other departments, stakeholders or external parties
- Direct cooperation and support of the COO in diverse topics
- Interface to HR with regard to onboarding new employees, definition of business needs related to HR etc.
- Preparing, facilitating and following up of weekly technology teams meeting, including the preparation of the team meeting agenda, meeting minutes, action points etc.
- Ensuring an overview on all current to Do´s and AP´s in a structured manner
What makes you stand out:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role and with a corporate background with focus on operations, support functions and governance
- An university degree in Economics, Engineering or similar
- Experience in managing projects and proven track record in contributing to organizational change
- Excellent PC skills and knowledge of basic user programmes (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High flexibility, resilience and openness to change and transformation
- Excellent ability to influence and foster change in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment
- Fluent English and German skills written and spoken (C1)
