Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Portfolio Optimization: You implement GLBO, lease extension, and AAR strategies to optimize our portfolio, drive sustainable value creation, and secure long-term tower sites.

  • End-to-End Ownership: You take full responsibility for large packages of portfolio opportunities and leads—ranging from analysis and prioritization through negotiation and contracting to successful closing.

  • Supplier Steering: You direct and develop suppliers into high-performing, accountable partners, monitoring their performance and allocating projects based on value, risk, and complexity.

  • Central Stakeholder Management: You serve as the central Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for GLBO, lease extensions, and AARs across landlords, external service providers, and internal teams to ensure aligned and efficient execution.

  • Commercial Negotiation: You leverage your deep real estate and negotiation expertise to convert lease agreements into land ownership and maximize the overall value of our portfolio.


Your Profile:

  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in end-to-end management of portfolio opportunities and supplier steering, alongside comprehensive expertise in commercial real estate (including GLBO, lease extensions, at-risk sites, and real estate acquisition).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Must-have: Strong analytical and commercial capabilities to identify, prioritize, and present portfolio opportunities.

    • Nice-to-have: Ability to seamlessly bridge strategic portfolio analysis with hands-on supplier steering and direct negotiations.

  • Soft Skills: An independent, structured, and results-driven working style, strong accountability, decisive decision-making skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

  • Languages: Business-fluent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.

 

At Vantage Towers, we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Düsseldorf.
