Your contribution:
- Contribute in-depth technical expertise in the field of electromagnetic fields (EMF) to the analysis, planning, and implementation of the sites, particularly with regard to compliance with legal requirements and technical standards in Germany.
- Advising and supporting compliance with EMF legislation, including the Stob application.
- Ensure that site planning and design maximizes on-site EMF capacity to accommodate future leases and MNO upgrade requirements. You will work closely with the technical teams to optimize site configurations to ensure EMF levels remain within acceptable limits while ensuring capacity for future expansion.
- Develop rapid and accurate EMF assessment solutions to ensure compliance and accelerate the time-to-market of new services. You will use specialized measurement methods, simulations, and assessment models to quantify EMF exposure and define exclusion zones (e.g., EXPO 1) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- At national and local levels, you will build and maintain stable relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., network planning, compliance, legal) and external partners (e.g., authorities, Inception partners). The aim is to ensure smooth communication and cooperation to efficiently implement EMF compliance and regulatory requirements.
What makes you stand out:
- Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, physics, communications engineering, or equivalent education.
- Fluent English and German skills in speech and writing (C1 according to CEFR).
- Good Microsoft Office skills and Advanced WWA Tools skills
- Familiar with Wiesbeck and WWA Calculation Methodology.
- Familiar with PreHCM Tool.
- Good background of EMF and Radio Engineering aspects
