Your contribution:

  • You take on project leadership for specific projects throughout the entire project lifecycle and are responsible for quality, on-time and on-budget execution, and delivery of results.
  • Define program structures, set goals, analyze data, and drive improvements quantified through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead project teams, including coordination, guidance, and support of internal and external teams within an agile project setup.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in energy projects and energy management, including the delivery of power supply connections and on-site generation.
  • Develop, implement, and manage KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs to ensure transparency of milestones and overall project performance. 

 

What makes you stand out:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in energy management, telecommunications, real estate management, or infrastructure
  • A degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification with an electrical engineering background
  • Strong analytical thinking, risk management capabilities, and execution skills
  • Extensive experience in program management and the execution of energy-related projects
  • Fluent German skills (C1 level) and proficient English skills (B1 level), both written and spoken
