Your contribution: 

  • You lead the development and operation of a high-standard quality management system to ensure all infrastructure measures at Vodafone sites meet peak excellence

  • You take full ownership of the end-to-end acceptance process for new builds, modifications, and dismantling projects, including efficient resource and timeline planning

  • You drive the qualification and steering of partner models, defining skill profiles and creating training materials to ensure our partners deliver top-tier results

  • You optimise production processes through detailed analysis of costs and bottlenecks, implementing innovative measures to continuously boost efficiency and quality

  • You lead the planning and execution of supplier audits to control the infrastructure and systems suppliers used during deployment 

  • You act as a strategic expert in workshops and working groups, designing specialized solutions and representing technical positions to shape the future of the industry

 

What makes you stand out:

  • A university degree in a relevant field or a comparable professional qualification

  • Over 5 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years of deep expertise within the specific area of responsibility

  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of telecommunications systems and infrastructure deployment/modifications

  • Proven track record in professional project management and a strong understanding of deployment workflows

  • Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to prioritise complex tasks under pressure

  • Excellent communication and information skills, including the ability to lead technical topics and manage professional networks

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), proficient IT skills (MS Office), and a valid Class B driver’s license
