Global Technology Trainee (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

In Technology, you help drive the evolution of our tower and radio site infrastructure, improving connectivity and operational efficiency across Europe. Your analytical mindset and problem solving skills directly contribute to building the networks of tomorrow.
Your responsibilities as a Technology Trainee:
- You will participate in strategic projects across multiple business areas, with a focus on our core operations in the Technology department.
- You will engage in functional rotations with a focus on strategic engineering, infrastructure and operations and delivery.
- You will engage in cross-functional rotation to gain broad organizational knowledge (e.g., Finance or Commercial department) as well as cross-market rotation into a local technology business unit at one of Vantage Towers international establishments.
- You will prepare high‑quality technical presentations and reports for discussions with senior management and executive stakeholders.
- You will actively contribute ideas to improve processes, and drive efficiency.
Your profile:
- Education: You are a recent master’s graduate in a relevant Engineering discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or comparable technical fields with strong academic performance.
- Practical Experiences: You already gained practical experience through internships or working student positions in the Engineering or Telecommunications area.
- Skills: You have a strong analytical way of working as well as profound problem-solving skills. You’re also showing proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications.
- Language proficiency: You speak English fluently; another European language, especially German, is a plus.
- Mindset: You are curious, proactive, and passionate about IT topics. You demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and willingness to work cross‑functionally.
- Motivation: You are eager to grow into future Technology leadership roles, open to relocating during the program, and you're intested in the future of the telecommunications industry.
