Your contribution:

  • Drive Innovation: Provide operational support for special projects, implementing cutting-edge technologies like Small Cells, aDAS, and neutral host solutions to shape the future of connectivity

  • Project Leadership: Independently manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring the efficient execution of infrastructure development strategies from conception to completion

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal and external partners, specifically focusing on site rollouts on DB properties

  • Partner Coordination: Lead the commissioning and tracking of external service providers to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines

  • Strategic Planning: Support site and infrastructure planning for both active and passive components, including power supply and fiber optics (LWL)

  • Funding & Reporting: Assist in grant management for major projects like MIG, handling everything from application support to detailed reporting and billing

  • Process Optimization: Proactively initiate and implement process improvements within the special projects environment to enhance team efficiency

 

What makes you stand out:

  • Educational Background: A university degree in Industrial Engineering, a technical field, or a comparable qualification

  • Industry Experience: Initial professional experience in telecommunications, specifically within infrastructure or project-related environments

  • Project Management Expertise: Strong competency in managing complex projects with a focus on planning, organization, and execution

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mobile network structures and technologies such as aDAS, Small Cells, and general Telecommunications infrastructure

  • Process Awareness: Knowledge of deployment processes and the interaction between various technical departments

  • Soft Skills: A self-starter mindset with strong communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a team-oriented approach

  • Language Skills: Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) skills, both written and spoken
