Your contribution: 

  • You drive the international standardisation of electrical and cooling solutions across Vantage Towers markets, leading the infrastructure design for cutting-edge power systems

  • You develop and approve comprehensive electrical guidelines and technical templates for AC/DC power distribution, grid solutions, and lightning protection

  • You support regional delivery organisations as a senior expert, providing specialised engineering expertise to ensure the functionality and safety of telecom sites

  • You manage modernisation projects to optimise infrastructure, implementing innovative concepts like 400V DC and advanced power calculation tools

  • You oversee the entire lifecycle of electrical infrastructure, from initial survey and design to final acceptance testing and quality assurance

  • You collaborate with partners and suppliers on technical specifications, RFQs, and bill of materials to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solution designs

  • You ensure full compliance with technical norms and legal regulations while preparing strategic decision documents for the management board and cross-divisional committees

 

What makes you stand out:

  • A successful university degree with a focus on Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field

  • Profound expertise in AC/DC power solutions, cooling systems, and off-grid hybrid systems specifically within the telecommunications sector

  • Deep understanding of electrical norms, technical regulations, and overvoltage/lightning protection

  • Proven ability to analyae and optimiae existing infrastructure from both a technical and cost-efficiency perspective

  • Strong project management, organiaational, and decision-making skills with a result-oriented approach

  • High level of flexibility and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure, systematic environment

  • Fluent German and English skills (C1 level), excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office tools
