Your contribution:

You manage landlord relations by resolving inquiries through our LIRA ticketing system and Amazon Connect, ensuring service-oriented communication and strict SLA adherence

You maintain data integrity by updating and validating critical site, contract, and financial information within TIMS (Salesforce & Sitetracker) to ensure high-quality reporting

You drive digital optimisation by participating in projects to automate workflows and testing new features in ServiceNow and Salesforce to enhance the user experience

You ensure governance and compliance through meticulous documentation of all data changes and case histories in accordance with internal standards

You analyse process efficiency by identifying ticket bottlenecks and proposing ideas to streamline landlord management workflows

You support team analytics through ad-hoc research and data reconciliation to maintain consistency across all infrastructure management systems

Strong communication skills with a professional approach to telephone-based landlord support and conflict resolution

High reliability and precision in managing administrative tasks and structured data entry

Digital mindset with a willingness to learn and work with tools like Salesforce, Sitetracker, and ServiceNow

Fluent German (C1) and solid English skills, both written and spoken
