Your contribution:

  • You steer the end-to-end rollout targets for mast and rooftop sites across Germany, managing everything from initial deployment to final operational handover

  • You lead central multi-project management and project coordination while acting as a key point of contact for C-level stakeholders, customers, and vendors

  • You define implementation strategies and rollout phasing in close alignment with regional teams to ensure all targets and KPIs are met

  • You take ownership of the rollout budget, ensuring delivery within financial parameters and proactively initiating corrective measures when deviations occur

  • You drive the optimisation of production processes and infrastructure development by contributing innovative ideas and fostering cross-functional collaboration

  • You manage comprehensive forecasting and status reporting, utilising databases to monitor milestones and provide transparent progress updates

  • You ensure strict adherence to technical and legal regulations while providing functional leadership to teams to reach our ambitious growth goals

 

What makes you stand out:

  • Over 10 years of professional experience, specifically with deep expertise in telecommunications technology and infrastructure rollout

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing complex deployment processes and operational workflows

  • Strong background as a cost and project manager with experience in the functional leadership of teams

  • Proficiency in using innovative technologies and specialized telecommunication software/tools to drive infrastructure projects

  • Advanced skills in standard office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation purposes

  • Excellent communication skills to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders effectively.
