Your contribution:
- Regional management of target achievement for the rollout of mast and roof locations for Vantage Towers Germany on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for the central departments (including Acquisition, Deployment and O&M) and regions
- Responsibility for regional multi-project management and project coordination
- Coordination and definition of implementation plans and target setting, rollout phasing with the regions
- Development and implementation of partner models with the central, regional departments as well as with local purchasing and group purchasing
- Implementation and monitoring of the fulfillment of the technical and commercial contracts (e.g. MSA / SLA) of the customers
- Creation, communication of the production forecast for the Vantage Towers departments and external suppliers & partners
- Responsibility for resource management: Ensuring the reconciliation and implementation between production requirements (workload) and resources (workforce) with regard to location, time, skills and quantity as well as initiating measures in case of deviations
- Implementation of project-specific measures and, if necessary, ensuring implementation, taking into account all legal requirements and regulations, as well as the requirements from ISO9001 certification
What makes you stand out:
- Completed university degree
- Many years (over 5 years) of professional experience as a cost and project manager including the professional leadership of teams
- In-depth experience in the field of telecommunications technology as well as in the construction/conversion of systems and infrastructure in this area
- Very good computer skills and knowledge of basic user programs (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional leadership skills to significantly shape specialist topics and represent positions, e.g. in workshops and working groups
- In-depth knowledge of the market environment of the telecommunications industry, current legal and technological developments
- Negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external customers and suppliers within the specialist area
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
