Your Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Offer Review: You lead the BOM Auditing Team and systematically review partner quotes for initial site installations and active equipment rollouts.
  • BOM Validation & Alignment: You review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for telecom infrastructure (e.g., masts, antenna mounts, power units), ensuring full consistency with technical drawings and specifications.
  • Delivery Verification & Discrepancy Resolution: You verify delivery notes, resolve material discrepancies directly with external partners, and authorize sign-offs.
  • System Reconciliation: You reconcile BOMs and material flows with data from ERP and documentation systems (such as SAP) to ensure top-tier data integrity.
  • Standardization & Cost Optimization: You support the optimization of Scope of Work (SoW) documents and material structures to drive operational standardization and cost efficiency.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Business/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent practical qualification.
  • Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience in the telecommunications sector, ideally focusing on material management, passive infrastructure, or construction auditing.
  • Technical Skills: Sound technical understanding of structural/site plans, technical drawings, and material flows, accompanied by hands-on experience with ERP and PLM systems (ideally SAP).
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, structured problem-solving skills, and assertive partner management.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken German (C1 level); English language skills are a plus.

 

At Vantage Towers, we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Düsseldorf.
