Our Technical Landlord Management department leads the end-to-end resolution of complex landlord cases, driving operational excellence and digital transformation across our infrastructure network. You steer direct teams and cross-functional task forces to maximize service levels, partner performance, and landlord satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Case Escalation: You lead and develop direct reports, manage workload distribution, ensure high SLA performance, and act as the key escalation point for complex technical landlord cases.  
  • Landlord Communication & Cross-Functional Coordination: You serve as the central communication channel for landlords, routing requests to relevant teams and steering a cross-functional escalation team.  
  • End-to-End Ticket & Field Operations Management: You oversee end-to-end technical landlord case and ticket management, guaranteeing precise, timely, and cost-efficient deployment of Field Service Agents.  
  • Strategic Transformation & Process Optimization: You drive the strategic development of technical landlord management through process standardization, automation, AI-driven case processing, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost scalability and NPS.  
  • Partner & Cross-Departmental Management: You manage external operational partners against ambitious KPI targets regarding quality, efficiency, and budget, while leveraging ticket system expertise to collaborate with Site Preparation, Acquisition, and Deployment.  


Your Profile:

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Psychology, Linguistics, or a related discipline.  
  • Professional Experience: Extensive experience in technical operations, landlord/leasing management, or technical landlord management within the telecommunications or real estate sector, including initial leadership experience in an operational environment (e.g., NOC or acquisition teams), international experience, and a track record in operational transformation.  
  • Technical Skills: Sound experience with ticketing and CRM systems such as ServiceNow or TTWOS required; knowledge of VOSIMA, Saperion, or SAP RE/FX is a plus.  
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership competencies, extensive partner and vendor management capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.  
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken German and English skills (C1+ level).
     

At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries.

For this role you can choose between nationwide locations across Germany.
