Your contribution:  

  • You are the helping hand for your colleagues when it comes to problems with Windows operating systems, cloud services or Microsoft Azure. Help our organisation to stay on the safe side by assisting users with multi-factor authentication setup and troubleshooting  
  • Offer support for mobile phone issues, including software updates, configuration, and connectivity problems 
  • Address hardware issues for computing devices, even grabbing a screwdriver or coordinating with vendors for warranty service 
  • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues, ensuring stable internet access for all users 
  • Manage user identities and access permissions, resolving any related issues to maintain security protocols 


What makes you stand out: 

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in in an IT floor support role, providing direct assistance to users and managing day-to-day IT operations 
  • A strong educational foundation in IT or a related discipline is essential 
  • A passion for technology and willingness to be part of something new where you can contribute your own ideas and share your enthusiasm 
  • You are also a people person with a customer-centred approach equipped with good communication skills
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) that demonstrate a foundational understanding of IT principles and practices 
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Force.com, ServiceNow, Affectli, AWS, GCP, and Office365 to ensure immediate effectiveness in the role 
  • Hands-on experience in offering technical assistance, sharing valuable insights, and enhancing the user experience with various computing devices and tools 
  • Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing swift and effective resolutions 
  • Fluent German and English skills written and spoken (C1), are a must
