Working Student - Health & Safety (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Your Responsibilities:

• Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems: You support the global implementation of the ISO 45001 standard, particularly within Vantage Towers and our German legal entity.
• SharePoint Setup: You design and establish a new Vantage Towers Health & Safety SharePoint document structure in close collaboration with our Head of H&S and local senior experts.
• Document Management: You review all Health & Safety documents to check their content, rename them if necessary, and integrate them into a uniform Integrated Management System covering ISO standards.
• Analytical Mindset: You apply your structured, analytical way of working to solve complex problems and drive tasks forward.
• Proactive Drive: You utilize your hands-on attitude and out-of-the-box thinking to find innovative solutions for document organization.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: Ongoing studies in Natural Sciences, Economics, or a related field at a University or University of Applied Sciences.
• Professional Experience: First practical exposure or a keen interest in corporate health, safety, and environmental protection management systems is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft 365, with a particular focus on structuring and managing SharePoint environments.
• Soft Skills: A highly structured, analytical approach to tasks combined with a proactive, hands-on, and out-of-the-box thinking mindset.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in both English and German to collaborate effectively across local and global teams.

This role will be based in Düsseldorf.
