Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Site Acquisition & Marketing Management: You manage assigned acquisition projects across site acquisition, contract portfolio management, property administration, and site commercialization.

  • End-to-End Project Scheduling: You independently create project plans and oversee order management, acceptance, invoice verification, approvals, and escalation mechanisms to ensure efficient resource allocation.

  • Lease & Usage Contract Ownership: You take ownership of negotiating and managing lease and usage contracts required for constructing and operating telecommunications facilities, specifically radio sites.

  • Legal Compliance & Approval Alignment: You examine preliminary decision-making workflows to ensure full legal validity, regulatory compliance, and adherence to quality and cost-effectiveness standards.

  • Quality Monitoring & Handover: You monitor site acquisition deliverables against quality and timeline benchmarks, overseeing final acceptance prior to handover to downstream execution teams.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Educational Background: University degree or equivalent qualification in Real Estate, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Professional Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile site acquisition, real estate management, or lease operations.

  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals, contract management, and professional project management techniques.

  • Soft Skills: Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, structured problem-solving capabilities, and a result-oriented approach.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken German (C1) and good to very good English skills (B2/C1).

 

At Vantage Towers, we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Düsseldorf.
