Your Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Planning: You independently execute site acquisition, real estate administration, and marketing projects while driving project schedules and resource management.

  • Contract Management: You handle lease and usage contracts for the construction and operation of telecommunication infrastructure.

  • Compliance & Quality: You ensure all legal requirements, permit guidelines, and quality standards are strictly met alongside economic guidelines.

  • Acquisition Oversight: You monitor and accept acquisition services up to the smooth handover to internal specialist departments.

  • Budget Control: You maintain and monitor the rollout budget across project and technology dimensions within technical, legal, and economic frameworks.

 

Your Profile

  • Educational Background: Degree in a technical or legal discipline.

  • Professional Experience: Several years of experience in mobile site acquisition or the real estate industry.

  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of real estate management, project management methodologies, MS Excel, and project tracking databases.

  • Soft Skills: Strong conceptual and analytical thinking capabilities paired with excellent communication skills.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills.

 

 

At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Dresden.
