What you’ll do

 

  • As a Customer Solution Authority (CSA), you will be the dedicated Design Authority for our customer account, responsible for designing, costing,and documenting solutions tailored to our customer's needs.
  • You'll establish a deep understanding of our customer's business and technology requirements, ensuring that the solutions provided are high quality, commercially viable, and approved by all stakeholders.
  • You'll lead a small virtual design team and act as the end-to-end solution authority across multi-portfolio solutions.
  • Your role involves creating relevant documentation, working closely with various Vodafone teams, and ensuring that the deployed solutions are fit for purpose and can be readily operated by Vodafone.

Who We Are Looking For

 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with Cisco Expert level certifications or equivalent (e.g., CCIE, CCDA).
  • Industry background in Telco, ICT, and Consulting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Enterprise Architecture qualifications such as TOGAF are beneficial.
  • Extensive experience with Cisco/Aruba data & voice networks, Microsoft, and Cloud Service provider products (AWS, Google, Azure).
  • Understanding of Telecommunication and IT service models and their practical application (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow).
  • Ability to create a trust-based environment with customers and the solutions design team, encouraging honesty, integrity, and follow-through on all actions.
