Mobile \ Network Deployment Support Lead

What you’ll do

• At Vodafone Ireland, we’re building the future of connectivity—and you’ll be right at the centre of it. As our Mobile Network Deployment Support Lead, you’ll take ownership of the planning and coordination of our 4G and 5G network upgrade programmes.
• You’ll ensure the right people and resources are in place to deliver high-impact improvements to our mobile infrastructure, while managing the performance of our approved build suppliers and ensuring compliance with change management processes.
• You’ll oversee logistics and material flows, resolving any issues that could delay progress,and lead the delivery of new features and capabilities across existing sites.
• Your role will also involve close collaboration with internal teams, offshore configuration partners, and local suppliers to keep everything aligned and on track. With a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, you’ll help us deliver a network that’s faster, smarter, and more reliable for our customers.

Who we are looking for

• Strong understanding of 4G/5G network architecture, RAN, and infrastructure deployment
• Experience managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables in telecom environments
• Familiarity with telecom change control procedures and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage logistics, inventory, and material requests effectively
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving build or supply chain issues
• Confident working cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and operations teams
• Degree in telecommunications, logistics, project management or a related field (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
