Role Purpose:

Driving engagement with Local IE stakeholders to guarantee Home Products & Services matches local markets needs, priorities, timelines and budget. 
E2E In Market HT&P Technical Plan definition and Execution in IE
Delivery Group Products & Services fitting also Local IE frameworks
Local CPE & Services Certification
Reduce VF Opex costs thanks to decrease Customer Calls and Customer tickets rates
Improve Customer Satisfaction 
Fulfilment of  CPE Security requirements

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:

Local Integration & Testing with Opco Network and IT/OSS Systems
CPE Issues assessment 
CPE Performance Improvement action Plan definition
Residential CPE Software Live Cycle Management in line with CPE Roadmap 
Understanding Home Customer Experience through a comprehensive data analysis

We Are Looking For You, If You Have:

University Degree in Engineering 
Min. 5 yrs. experience in development of Home gateways and network services
Experience working with versatile teams, complex projects / programs and managing budget
Relevant experience in CPE products and advance service solutions
Broad & deep technological background in DSL/FTTx/FWA/DOCSIS/WIFI/TR69/TR369 technologies. 
Have an E2E perspective of Residential CPE and Service technologies
Solid knowledge and experience in Remote CPE management
Conceptual & Analytical thinking. Able to challenge given solutions and capitalize on innovation opportunities
Elevated Leading, Coaching, Communication & Presentation skills
