Role Purpose
Manage and develop the core network voice performance to guarantee the voice service continuity and secure the best customer experience
Who you are
- Providing all performance reports needed in Voice (CS/IMS) &CSDB domains to meet the core voice KPis
- Develop and automate new procedures to identify network malfunctions and identify performance gaps.
- Align with different technology teams to analyse network incidents and generate analysis reports.
- Study network trends and historical data to predict future events and optimize network performance.
- Secure technical evaluation and reporting after planned actions.
- Align with other technology teams to report Core Kpis to Vodafone/Vodacom management group
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Min 7 years of experience in voice network domain
• Very good experience in MSC/IMS monitoring/troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of RAN & CSDB nodes
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Bachelor degree of telecommunications
Troubleshooting and problem solving technical analysis skills
Very good communication skills
