What you’ll do

 

 

 

Responsible for the successful ongoing operation, coordination and management of VFNET CRM,Retail  solutions and manage  Application servers that mostly critical business processes runs on it. 

•    Fixed Customer&Online Serv. Ops Manager should have the ability to track performance and availability of customer faced applications with advanced process in proactive manner.

•    Introduce Best Practice Policies and Guidelines relating to products, licensing and support.

•    Working closely with releated Solutions, Infrastructure, Customer support, L1, Devops, Security teams to help drive the company strategy and serve the best services out to our customers.

•    Drive and manage contract management for services being delivered from outsource partners. Track the contract kpi’s, improve the capability and performance for the services being delivered.

Who you are

•    Experience in leading squads and processes, tools and techniques, particularly Agile Scrum, Kanban

•    Experience in managing applications build with openshift, java, .netcore frameworks. Experience in  designing, building and managing applications automation features.

•    Good experience and knowledge about DevOps, SRE concepts.
