What you’ll do

Accountable for the İstanbul Technical Region’s RSP(BÇO) management both FLM,Rollout,Revisions works according to the agreed SLAs,VF policies,quality and H&S standarts

 

Vendor/BCO Management

  • Manage and coordinate vendor’s monthly/weekly activities
  • Set and follow field operations targets for vendors
  • Ensure RSP and Network availability KPI’s are met by BÇO
  • Approve site acceptances and BOQs

 

Field Management

  • Make sure field activities such as rollout,revision,alarm status etc are on target
  • Ensure site inventory up to date continue
  • Arrange site visits for BoQ accuracy, H&S implementations
  • Coordinate site sharing activities in Region with other operators and inform & feedback Site Sharing Management.

 

Quality Improvement

  • Take innovative actions to improve site quality
  • Lessons learnt improvements for all field operation actvities
  • Work with central support departments to improve site quality, coordinate saving projects

 

Reporting

  • Follow up and prepare monthly/annual field operations related reports an presentations

 

Health & Safety

  • Ensure that VF HSE procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
  • Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable

 

Information Security

  • Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
  • Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate security
  • Ensure that BCM risks are assessed and mitigated so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)

Who you are

  • 1-2 years work experience
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  • Able to prepare reports and presentations
  • Graduate from Electrical,Electronic,or Computer Engineering Depts of Universities
  • Able/familiar to digitalization of site processes
  • Takes personal responsibility
  • High communication skills at all levels
  • Able to represent VF to all local government and public bodies in the region to ensure that all required licenses and permissions are completed on time
  • Fluent English
