  Why is this role really critical to us? 

We are seeking a Network Business Engagement Senior Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team which is responsible for high level network planning and business engagement by having end to end architectural view. The role is reporting to the Network Business Engagement Management of Vodafone Turkey.
 

How will you spend your time at Vodafone?

•    To have experience/knowledge in majority of the following domains: Core NW planning(preferred), IP Core, CPN, Transport Network

•    To have experience/knowledge about majority of following; 5G NSA/SA Core, VoNR, MPN, QoS, DPI capabilities, NaaP… etc.. And end to end 5G architecture and strategy.

•    Transform business requirements into high level network plans, evaluate the enablers and assess them as business case considering cost and benefits

•    Support 5G program, mainly focusing of Mobile Core readiness. Support business teams in high level 5G capabilities, support engagement of network and business teams and build the strategies together, especially for SA Core features and MPN. 

•    Close interaction, understanding and Alignment of the Project and plan with other Stakeholders (Core Planning, CPN, TX, IT, Operations, Business teams, etc)

•    Governance of long term network evolution plans, mainly Mobile Core

•    Discussing with other Vodafone OpCos and Group technology for the Service related strategy and topics.

•    Follow new technologies and be responsible for PoCs, and analyses on a high level. 

•    To create and evaluate Technical Requirement Specifications and/or Request for Information/Proposal/Quotation documentations.

You are just the person we ve been looking for, if you have:

•    Bachelor’s degree from Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering from a reputable university, master’s degree preferred.
•    Fluent in both spoken & written English.
•    Fixed network planning, strategy, budget management and business engagement experience
•    Customer experience oriented and self-motivated.
•    Able to convey technical things to non-technical people easily.
•    Enthusiastic team player, communicate both within your department and other departments easily.
•    Utmost time management and prioritization skills.
•    Ability to participate and facilitate VF Group Meetings & Projects
•    Be result oriented.
•    Must be willing to learn New Technologies
•    Excellent Presentation skills
•    Making a Personal Difference 
•    Must be able to travel in country & internationally
