In IT, you support the design and implementation of smart, secure, and scalable digital solutions. You help build the technological backbone that enables Vantage Towers to operate efficiently and innovate continuously.


Your responsibilities as a Global IT Trainee:

  • You will contribute to driving strategic IT and AI initiatives across diverse technology and business domains, including automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent system design.
  • You will support senior IT leadership by providing data‑driven insights, evaluating AI and machine‑learning models, and researching emerging technologies such as generative AI.
  • You will engage in cross‑functional rotations with exposure to IT operations, digital transformation projects, and innovation-focused environments.
  • You will prepare high‑quality technical presentations and reports for discussions with senior management and executive stakeholders.
  • You will actively bring forward ideas to optimize IT processes, increase system efficiency through automation, and strengthen the organization’s digital and AI‑enabled innovation capabilities.


Your profile:

  • Education: You are a recent postgraduate master’s graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, demonstrating strong academic performance
  • Practical Experiences: You already gained some practical initial hands‑on experience through internships, working student roles, or comparable positions in relevant IT or data‑driven environments.
  • Skills: You bring strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, particularly in AI concepts, IT systems, and data‑driven contexts. You are proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with AI productivity tools or data environments is an advantage. In Addition, you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear messages for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Language proficiency: You are fluent in spoken and written English; additional European languages, especially German, are a plus.
  • Mindset: You are curious, proactive, and passionate about emerging IT and AI solutions shaping the future of our industry. You demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and willingness to work cross‑functionally.
  • Motivation: You are eager to grow into future IT leadership roles, open to relocating during the program, and motivated by working in international and cross‑functional environments.
