Join Vodafone’s Cyber Prevent team and help shape the future of secured telco and network infrastructure. As an Agile Delivery Manager in the Information Protection team, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering the implementation of data security solutions to integrate into Vodafone’s vast telco and network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising data governance solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting enterprise-wide data management strategies.

What you’ll do

  • Lead agile delivery activities across operational and delivery teams within the Information Protection domain;
  • Enable efficient and high-quality delivery of tools and automation supporting Vodafone’s Cyber Prevent operations;
  • Coordinate day-to-day Agile ceremonies and activities, ensuring smooth team collaboration and execution;
  • Support and promote Scrum and SAFe practices across teams.Identify and remove delivery impediments to maintain delivery momentum;
  • Track, monitor, and report delivery progress against agreed objectives and milestones;
  • Facilitate successful sprint and release outcomes, ensuring consistency and predictability;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and delivery expectations;
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile ways of working and team effectiveness;
  • Foster a collaborative, fast-paced working environment that empowers teams to perform at their best;
  • Coach and support teams in adopting Agile principles, practices, and mindset;
  • Ensure transparency of delivery status, risks, and dependencies across stakeholders.

Who you are

  • Bachelor/Master's Degree;
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects with a range of operational and delivery maturity;
  • Experience using Azure DevOps delivery tooling to manage backlog, track delivery and report progress;
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously on time and to budget whilst managing quality and scope objectives;
  • Organise and facilitate core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement sessions, and escalation mitigation calls;
  • Familiarity with security controls (especially data protection, data governance, and data risk solutions), their implementation, policy design and reporting requirements;
  • Strong knowledge of SAFe/agile delivery practices, including PI planning, dependency management, forecasting and delivery reporting. Potential to coach would be a bonus;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills; able to turn delivery data into clear insight for stakeholders and leadership;
  • A proactive and personable approach to stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration;
  • Fluency in English.
