What you’ll do

  • Conception, design, and development CRM systems improvements
  • Managing data analysis and integration of different systems
  • Analysis of technical requirements and processes
  • Ensuring high quality and optimum performance of data integration systems
  • Managing and Maintaining proper documentation of different CRM systems developments

Who you are

  • Degree in telecommunications, computer science or similar
  • 5+ years’ work experience in Siebel CRM
  • Siebel Implementation/Support and upgrade experience
  • Experience in requirement analysis, design, development/customization and implementation of complex technology solutions in Siebel CRM
  • Experience in implementation of business transformation and system replacement projects for large scale industry requirements
  • Experience of handoff points and interfaces from Siebel CRM to outbound systems
  • Experience in Siebel projects full life cycle implementation
  • Knowledge of Siebel Data Model, Architecture and Administration
  • Experience in Siebel Configuration, Siebel Scripting, Siebel Workflow, Siebel EAI, SOA/Web Services/REST/MQSeries
  • Experience in Transport protocols like HTTP and JMS
  • Experience in concepts like Integration Objects, Data Map, VBC, EBC, ASI, Web Services
  • Experience in Siebel versions ranging from traditional, Open UI, Siebel IP 17.x, IP 20.x
  • Knowledge in Open UI Specific Classes involving following: PM; PR; Manifest Files; Mapping Files
  • Knowledge of Siebel CSS file modifications and SWT file changes
  • Knowledge of Oracle database. Experience in programming languages such as PL/SQL
  • Working experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps and strong understanding/interpretation of User Stories, Sprint meetings, alignments
  • Follows the software development life cycle process. Suggests and implements techniques for software or development process improvements
  • Customer Focus - Constantly explores to conceptualize and understand customer needs and proactively delivers the best solution
  • Should be good in client interaction, risk analysis, problem-solving, presentation and troubleshooting skills
  • Portuguese/English language proficiency
