Your contribution

  • Design secure, scalable data solutions across data platforms (ingestion, transformation, storage, access, consumption).
  • Drive a “fix-at-the-source” data quality mindset: identify recurring data issues, clarify root causes with business owners, and ensure corrections land in the operational source systems (not only in reports).
  • Establish pragmatic data quality controls: define validation rules/checks, reconcile datasets across source systems, and help teams prioritize remediation based on business impact.
  • Spot AI opportunities and choose simple, fit-for-purpose approaches (e.g., basic classification or summarization, RAG) while following responsible-use guardrails.
  • Partner with AI/ML engineers and platform teams to translate AI ideas into implementable requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear use cases and structured requirements; maintain backlog/roadmap and provide transparent progress reporting.
  • Coordinate the design and delivery of cloud-native data solutions and self-service reporting with architecture, engineering, and business teams.
  • Create early mock-ups/wireframes in a modern BI tool to validate requirements and align stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and data-governance standards across all deliveries.
  • Perform hands-on data checks (SQL on a cloud data warehouse) for validation, comparisons, and UAT support.
  • Collaborate with data architects to map business needs to scalable solutions and ensure smooth handover to implementation.

What makes you stand out

Architecture mindset with the ability to structure complex data landscapes into coherent, modular, scalable solutions.

Strong requirement-engineering skills and the ability to simplify technical designs for non-technical stakeholders.

Foundational AI literacy (classic ML and GenAI) to know when to use it - and when not to.

Confident, structured, solution-oriented working style; comfortable coordinating across functions and markets.

Working knowledge of cloud data platforms and data-driven product delivery.

Ability to balance conceptual/architectural thinking with pragmatic, delivery-focused execution.

You must have

· Degree in business, computer science, data analytics, engineering, or equivalent experience.

· 3–5 years in data-related roles focused on business-facing solution delivery; experience in complex environments is a plus.

Some exposure to enterprise GenAI use cases for simple prototyping; awareness of privacy and responsible-AI guardrails.

Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms.

Strong SQL skills (cloud data warehouse).

Proficiency with a modern BI tool for mock-ups and stakeholder alignment.

Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and facilitation skills for value/benefit articulation.

Fluent English (C1), written and spoken.
