Role Title: IoT NaaS Technology Manager
Location: London Paddington / Newbury

Role Purpose...
Own the Technology relationship between Customer and Vodafone. Own the Technology Roadmap, co-ordinate Change Request impacts, interface with Vodafone Technology teams.
 

With us you will...

  • Own the 3-year Technology Roadmap between Vodafone and Customer
  • Ensure that the roadmap is delivered, Agree budgets with delivery teams
  • Decide on the feasibility of Change Requests, costs, and time.  Consider Roadmap
  • Own the Technology relationships with the customer and internal Vodafone teams.  Resolve issues
  • Regular meetings with the Customer on the Roadmap

  • Knowledge and experience of Technology for IoT, including industry trends, and Knowledge in core network.
  • Experience of managing customer relationships
  • Ability to assess complex change requests
  • Ability to discuss technology at all levels
  • Ability to describe, cross-examine, and challenge based on in-depth knowledge the technical flow from the device to the core network including: Device Edge Connectivity, Local Operators, Roaming Partners and Core Network.
  • Ability to technically enquire and challenge IoT Solutions and customer solutions that are delivered over IoT Solutions.
