About this role

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Product Specialist to help shape the digital infrastructure product landscape within Vodafone Cloud & Infrastructure (VCI). This role is central to VCI’s strategy, responsible for building product vision, delivering customer‑centric outcomes, and enabling VCI’s transition to a modern, product‑led operating model. The individual will lead complex product portfolios, evolve them in line with customer and market needs, and serve as a recognised subject matter expert across the organisation.

What you’ll do

• Lead large, multi‑disciplinary product portfolios end‑to‑end, defining clear and future‑focused product strategies.
• Develop and maintain a customer‑centric product roadmap that delivers measurable value to customers and the business.
• Drive product execution, ensuring product capabilities are delivered on schedule with strong quality and cost‑recovery outcomes.
• Partner with internal customers, Local Markets, and cross‑functional teams across VCI and VOIS to gather demand and drive adoption.
• Monitor product performance, define KPIs, interpret insights, and implement remediation plans where necessary.
• Identify emerging market and customer trends to shape strategic decisions and influence VCI’s future direction.
• Mentor product colleagues, support capability uplift, and contribute to the development of scalable product frameworks.
• Provide clarity and alignment by collaborating closely with Engineering, BRM, Operations, Finance, Commercial, Sales, and Go‑to‑Market teams.
• Advocate for exceptional customer experiences and evidence‑based prioritisation across all product initiatives.

Who you are

• Skilled in long‑term product strategy, able to translate customer needs, market signals, and business objectives into a meaningful product vision.
• Experienced in the full product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritisation through to launch, iteration, and scaling.
• Deeply customer‑focused, with strong discovery skills and an ability to understand behaviours, challenges, and motivators.
• Analytical, with solid knowledge of industry and competitive trends to guide product differentiation and direction.
• Effective and inclusive communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and foster a culture of collaboration.
• Knowledgeable in IT infrastructure technologies, infrastructure design and build frameworks, and delivery automation.
• Experienced in managing customer relationships and understanding Local Market dynamics.
• Holds a relevant technology degree or equivalent qualification.
