What you’ll do
- Be a key member of an influential, high profiled and diverse Technology Strategy Team.
- Collaborate with the Domain and Market Technology Strategy Teams to develop, monitor and report on the progress of Tech2025 Technology Strategy to the Technology Leadership Team (TLT) and wider stakeholders.
- Delivery of assigned elements/ components of the Vodafone end-to-end Technology Strategy, e.g. responsible for a domain specific strategy or group of them.
- Delivery of assigned elements / components of the Vodafone end-to-end Technology Priorities, including supporting analysis of plans vs agreed strategy/priorities.
- Think strategically, be able to see the bigger picture but also be able to delve into the detail and offer critical challenge and insight across the technology landscape., Drive the Adoption and communication aspects of the Technology Strategy and work closely with: Tech Portal, Tech Community and Campaigns.
Who you are
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technology and strategy environments. A mix of both is preferred.
- Previous background in consultancy with a customer centric lens; such as the Big 5 and a knowledge of Strategy best practices is preferred.
- Capable of creating and driving strategy process and managing key stakeholder
- Ability for storytelling, using data to draw insight and tailoring communication for Technology Leadership, senior leadership and colleagues, Previous experience in building and driving successful stakeholder management plans.
- Experience in leading complex international programmes: the role holder will need to be able to work cross functionally with Local Markets and Group across matrixed functions.

- Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks out of which the first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5
