Your contribution

For the role of Specialist Network Deployment we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. The responsibilities include:

  • Customer service assurance.

    • Preparation and monitoring of service dashboards, to guarantee compliance with the SLAs and contractual conditions. 

    • Service tracking meetings with the customer leadership 

  • Providers service assurance.

    • Preparation and monitoring of service dashboards, to guarantee compliance with the SLAs and contractual conditions. 

    • Service tracking meetings with the providers leadership 

  • Daily contractor/vendor deployment incident management

  • Network deployment projects budget and delivery target managing.

  • Leadership in telco and infrastructure deployment projects with customer and vendor/contractors.

  • Civil works drawing expertise.

  • Utilize the H&S and SGC systems, processes and tools necessary to comply with VT policies, plans and standards relevant to the role   

  • Understand and comply with VT policies, standards and regulations, especially relating to Health & Safety and SGC (“Sistema General de Calidad”)

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in network deployment positions, preferably with customer and vendors interaction in the cellular sector.

  • Teamwork with internal teams and with customers

  • Empathy and listening skills

  • Advanced level of English and Spanish
