A key part of the IoT-Connectivity strategy is to deliver IoT growth through a series of technology developments and third party integrations across group and local markets. The primary objective of the role is to deliver best in class IoT-C business solutions driving overall business growth through leadership and best practice guidance across SAFe Portfolios and multiple Agile Release Trains in the IoT-C business area. 

 

The responsibilities include:

  • The role will be accountable for continuous improvement and business transformation to best practice Agile ways of working, growing and leading the team to implement Agile processes and practices across all levels 
  • Servant Lead and Coach and co-ordinates work of ARTs & Suppliers
  • Works closely with Solution Management & Stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment 
  • Host Value Stream Mapping workshops to ensure optimal ART structure across the Portfolio 
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation across ARTs in line with forecasted demand 
  • Establish a demand process ensuring prioritised demand flow into the ARTs 
  • Facilitates Solution level ceremonies including RTE Syncs, Solution Architect Syncs and Solution Demos.
  • Drive continuous improvements to TTM and deployment release frequency 
  • Ensures SAFe values and principles are implement consistently e.g. relentless improvement and how these are measured 
  • Ensure Solution level artefacts for example Solution Intent and PI Delivery Roadmap established 
     

What you bring: 

  • Portfolio management with credibility at D-Band level, excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, a trusted leader with the ability to develop and communicate the objectives, inspire, coach, and motivate the team.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders both internal and external, managing risks and issues at a strategic level. 
  • Experience delivering behavioural change across Portfolios into key SAFe roles (e.g. LPM & product management) .
  • Change agent who can influence and persuade business leaders. 
  • Team development and leadership.
