For the role of Digital & OSS Customer Experience Management (CEM) you will be responsible for providing Customer Experience Management systems for Mobile and Fixed Networks across EU markets. These systems allow network experts to monitor and analyze the performance of our services from the customer's perspective. This role is crucial to ensure that our customers receive the best possible quality of service and to identify areas for continuous improvement.

 

The responsibilities include:

  • Select, design, and deploy CEM systems that provide a comprehensive view of service performance for Fixed and Mobile Networks across EU markets.
  • Interact with internal customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and use cases, proposing the best technical solutions within time and budget.
  • Produce technical specifications based on customer requirements and work jointly with vendors to come to a design, SOW, and quotation.
  • Manage the engineering and delivery of projects across EU markets, including coordination with relevant customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and drive harmonization and simplification initiatives.
  • Be in charge of LCM and testing activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in CEM, Analytics and Automation systems

What you bring

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Excellent understanding of telecom networks and services (fixed & mobile).
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Analytics and Big Data architectures and tools.
  • Experience in Systems deployment and integration (OSS/IT) both on prem and private/public clouds
  • Programming skills (Python, R).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and evaluate medium- and long-term effects, teamwork-oriented spirit.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience working in international teams, multi-cultural and managing budget.
  • Stakeholder management capability and strong target orientation.
