For the role of Specialist Fixed Ntw. Prg. & Transf Lead we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. The responsibilities include:

 

  • Analysis of strategic, cross-divisional and cross-country demands and create program structures, ensuring economy of scale, costs/resources optimization, standardization of architecture and design solutions and maximum value creation.
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of projects within the program scope by defining the Program Governance structure, communication principles and Program Management Plan.
  • Provide guidance to local Project Managers to harmonize the delivery of cross-country programs within the different markets.
  • Champion Privacy and Security Management Policy in Fixed Access Engineering, ensuring the implementation of the Framework Controls and completing periodic risk assessment.
  • Formulate tool and automation strategies by designing and implementing tools and utilities, including AI models and machine learning algorithms, to assist in regular engineering processes.
  • Introduction of Hybrid Agile Methodology in Fixed Access Engineering projects (number of projects, teams involved, Agile Product Delivery, short-term wins)
  • Drive harmonization initiatives such us Vendor Roadmap Harmonization, Testing Strategy, DSL Retirement, Network Lifecycle Management, B2T Commercialization among others fully living up to business expectations

What you bring

  • Degree level education required
  • Deep work experience in Telecommunications/IT Industry
  • Relevant experience in leading multi-country transformation programs, with demonstrated leadership progression.
  • Project Management (PMP, Prince2, SAFe Agile) qualifications
  • Superior MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with project management tools (PEGA, JIRA...) is a plus.
  • Commercial/Financial governance experience preferred
  • Advanced level of English
