Billing Design and Configuration Specialist

What you’ll do
As Billing Design and Configuration Specialist you will be responsible for design, configuration and delivery of products, propositions and regulatory changes into Gemini Billing systems and associated applications with the provision of expertise to diagnose and resolve billing and system related incidents.
Main responsibilities:
- Liaise with stakeholders, business and technical teams, and outsourced partners as well as peers to understand commercial, business or regulatory project requirements.
- Impact assess and present solution options, influence and support stakeholders on how we can deliver within the configurable capabilities of the heritage mobile billing applications.
- Take ownership of design and delivery, producing plans, leading design, configuration and testing within agreed delivery timelines.
- Create low level system designs to requirement specifications and implement configuration to agreed timelines and audit standards.
- Investigate and resolve billing and tariff related incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Be a strong and supportive team player, openly collaborative in team and the wider business.
- Identify and implement best practices to ensure that the function is operated as efficiently as possible and against the highest quality standards.
Who you are
- Experience of AMDOCs rating and Billing systems.
- Experience in providing technical, business and process design consultation.
- Experience in design and configuration of post-pay propositions and services.
- Understanding of system interdependencies for rating and Billing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable explaining complex information.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
