Reliability Management & Initiatives Manager
What you’ll do
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor the Reliability Management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high customer satisfaction. Develop strategic plans for current and future technology skills while supporting commercialization initiatives.
- Strategic Vision and Problem Management: Define and execute the vision and strategy for reliability management, including proactive and reactive problem processes, root cause analysis, lessons learned, and trend identification to ensure operational excellence.
- Service and Policy Improvement: Drive service improvements to enhance availability, satisfaction, and cost-efficiency, while enforcing policies and workflows to optimize problem management. Develop and track KPIs, OKRs, and other metrics for performance evaluation. Implement and modernize tools, processes, and AI/robotics use cases to enhance problem management and service modernization efforts, leveraging analytics for process optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Transformational Leadership: Act as a senior management liaison, manage escalations, and align problem management goals with business objectives. Lead and deliver cross-functional IT projects within scope, time, and budget, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Transformational Programme Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key x-functional Digital & IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage risks, and resolve issues while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Promote innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement by implementing new technologies, monitoring performance, and integrating industry best practices.
