About this Role
What you’ll do
- Analyse business requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Prepare and execute test cases to validate application functionality.
- Perform system, functional, integration, regression, compatibility, and GUI testing.
- Design and execute test cases and prepare detailed test reports.
- Maintain traceability matrices to map business requirements to test cases.
- Apply knowledge of SDLC and STLC throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Use Jira for Agile project tracking and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Conduct incident/ticket testing and defect management.
- Retest defect fixes and confirm closure.
- Coordinate with OSF stakeholders as per project/release needs.
- Ensure documentation and reporting for knowledge management.
Who you are
- A graduate or post-graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Possess 4–6 years of manual testing experience in the telecom domain.
- Proficient in SQL, Unix commands, and API testing.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Skilled in preparing test documentation and traceability matrices.
- Strong understanding of CRM journeys in telecom.
- Excellent planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- ISTQB certification is desirable.
