Job Role:

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Accountable for end to end test delivery in scope
  • Contribution to the cost savings/efforts optimization in the delivery
  • Contribution to the organization in terms of process adoption, resource optimization, tools adoption to bring in efficiency and uplift quality
  • As a People Manager taking care of the people and developing people
  • Contribution to the quality processes of the Service Line

Essential:

  • Primary Skills: Program Management, Project Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Agile, SAFe and VD, UI/UX Design, UX Assessment, UX Strategy
  • UX research, Benchmarking, High level design, Information Architecture, Web (Enterprise or Consumer) Mobile and Tablet design, Wireframing, Card sorting, Heuristics evaluation, Usability testing
  • Strong understanding of water fall and Agile/SAFe framework
  • Mandatory to have 5+ delivery experience in UI/UX for global enterprises
  • Soft Skills: Collaborator
  • Primary Tools: Sketch, Figma and Axure
  • Secondary Tools (if applicable): Marvel/ Invision / Photoshop / HTML

Experience:

  • 14+ Years of experience in UI/UX
  • Project Delivery experience in UI/UX
  • Project Planning, resource & capacity planning
  • Team management, people management

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Essential: Graduate in any discipline or above

Preferred: Interaction Design/UI Design/Product Design from an institute of repute. UX design certification from a reputed institute like HFI, Agile certified
