Job Description

Role purpose: 
Automation Developer with Strong knowledge on Java, Selenium, open-source development responsible for ensuring the development, maintenance of Automation framework which will be used by multiple teams. Candidates should lead framework transition, create roadmap and overall delivery plan.
 
•    Advanced knowledge of Java, Python, JavaScript, Groovy 
•    Java Ecosystem - Apache Maven, Gradle, Spring: Core, Data, MVC, Web, Lombok
•    Selenium, Concordion, Test Automation & Test Strategy, Spock, Junit, Mockito, HTML, CSS, XPath
•    GIT, Linux, Atlassian Stack, including X-Ray test management software for JIRA, Passbolt API
•    Github, Renovate, Ansible, Shell scripting & Unix tools
•    IDE: IntelliJ, IntelliJ Plugin Development
•    CI/CD: Jenkins, Jenkins Job DSL, Github Actions
•    DB : SQL, Oracle Database, Oracle SQL Developer, JDBC, JPA, Hibernate
•    Networking & protocol skills: SSH, HTTP, REST, JSON, OpenAPISOAP, JAX-WS, XML, WSDL, SOAP-UI
•    Weblogic, Apache Tomcat
•    Kubernetes, Helm, Containerization (e.g., Docker), AWS ecosystem
•    Spring Boot, Microservices
•    Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps
•    GitHub Actions & Runners, ArgoCD
•    Open Telemetry (Java APIs), Grafana, Postgres
 
Additional Skills :
•    Communication skills. Proficiency in spoken and written English
•    Scrum
•    Willingness to work on agent-facing applications with German frontend and digging through historic, non-translated German documentation as needed
•    Willingness to train onboard and support less technical users
•    Handling diverse stakeholders and getting to know their business domains
•    Working with a very large, diverse system stack, including multiple legacy systems
•    Sense of Responsibility/Ownership/Initiative to refactor & continuously improve
