What you’ll do

  • Complete project administration tasks for programme team
  • Book meetings with key programme team members
  • Collate documentation for programme
  • Input to budget trackers
  • Raise Work Orders
  • Maintain programme trackers
  • Assist with programme RAID reviews and identify risks and issues highlighted by programme team members
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Maintain programme governance documentation
  • Look for areas of efficiencies across the programme – where delivery can be streamlined between the workstreams

Who you are

  • 2+ years of project coordination roles
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders
  • Close attention to detail – can ensure details in documents are accurate
  • Task-focussed, with an ability to complete tasks to a high standard
  • Ability to complete tasks on time
  • Good prioritisation skills, to determine which tasks to do first, or to ask for direction when required
  • The ability to be an effective team player, as an integral member of the programme team
  • Good understanding of project finances, budget trackers
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Global Cyber are on a journey to undertake a complex programme to both re-platform and modernise our internal security operations and build next-gen Cyber security operations services for Vodafone Business customers. Our vision is to underpin these capabilities with integrated technology platforms and SOC capabilities.  This is a complex delivery programme with multiple projects and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the programme. The Project Coordinator will report to the Senior Programme Lead to support them and other project/programme managers in the programme with administrative and basic project & programme tasks, to enable the successful delivery of the programme.
