Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:-

Ensure code quality by enforcing best practices and conducting thorough reviews. 
Own the end-to-end delivery of the application and its various features. 
Lead analysis, design, and implementation efforts across the development lifecycle. 
Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to deliver both functional and non-functional requirements, adhering to industry standards. 
Contribute to the quality processes within the Service Line. 
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and collaborate with senior professionals. 
Drive and support the development of organizational capabilities and initiatives. 
Possess solid hands-on experience with system integrations. 
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, leveraging the latest features and offerings from Pega.

Required Skills &Qualification:-

Over 9 years of relevant experience in Pega application development and architecture. 
Bachelors or equivalent technical degree. 
knowledge of Pega version 8.8.x and later, with hands-on experience in App Studio and modern Pega development practices. 
Solid foundation in general IT concepts, including Oracle databases/SQL, Unix, and integration protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP).
