Job discription

•    Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
•    Translating product managers' strategies to tasks for development
•    Learning the market and customers' needs.
•    Review project requirements, designs, and specifications to create test plans, test cases/scripts, and test completion reports.
•    Ensure API, integration, and end-to-end testing phases are properly implemented and maintained in team.
•    Work closely with project teams to ensure effective testing, documentation, and governance of implementations.
•    Adhere to defined SLAs and KPIs of Organization and further improvement in terms of productivity.
•    Assist in building knowledge and skills throughout the team and support post-delivery reviews by identifying and verifying process improvements.
•    Risk Management: Identifying potential challenges and developing strategies to overcome them.
•    Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines.
•    Making informed decisions to guide the testing process effectively
•    Proven ability to manage a team and coordinate testing activities with counterparts.
•    Timely basis, effectively communicating with team members, clients, and stakeholders through written and verbal means.
•    Provide input to and implement resource plans to deliver the Test plan.
•    Ensure all necessary knowledge transfer occurs for delivering new Testing Services as part of the service transition plan.
•    Manage the Test resources to ensure sufficient availability to meet the test plan arranging cover for planned and unplanned absences.
•    Provide input to and implement the recruitment of additional resources to meet the agreed test roadmap in cooperation with the Test Service Manager,
•    Resolve the escalated issues in accordance with the applicable governance escalation procedure.
•    Work to address performance issues, service quality and account quality review
