Position characteristics

Long-term, continuous development and maintenance of Medallia (Experience Management Software Platform).

What will you do here?

  • Act as the primary owner and administrator of the Medallia platform, overseeing configuration, customization, and system integrations.
  • Ensure the platform is optimally configured to meet business objectives, collecting and analyzing data (program health) to drive platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including CX and insight teams, IT to understand requirements, align platform capabilities with organizational goals and deliver a solution (on Vodafone side).
  • Develop and deliver training programs about technical part of the platform (e.g. access/roles configurations) for users to ensure effective and efficient utilization.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform configurations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features (e.g. technical set-ups and configurations) released by Medallia, evaluating their potential impact and implementing changes as needed.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy, survey integrity, and system reliability; address and resolve issues promptly, escalating as needed to Medallia support.

What knowledge and skills do we expect?

  • Medallia platform knowledge/experience is a big benefit
  • Internal stakeholder management (IT, end-users, third parties, etc.)
  • Basic project management skills (attention to detail, ability to complete tasks, to escalate, to timebox, …)
  • Ability to understand data cross-system integration
  • Passion for innovation, learning new things and discovering new ways of doing things
  • For research jobs support: ability to handle relatively large amounts of data (adjustments, transformation, processing) while using Excel, Power Query, SPSS, Power BI, etc.
  • Analytical thinking, ability to connect the dots, to help distil insights out of raw data
