About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Network Deployment Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of our fixed network infrastructure deployments. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing contractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and aligning deployment activities with strategic business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in telecom network deployment, specifically in fixed network infrastructure.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading large-scale deployment projects.
  • Practical experience in vendor relationship (negotiations)
  • Familiarity with network technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
  • Fluent Czech and English 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the deployment of fixed broadband networks (FTTx/HFC).
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Monitor deployment KPIs, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Resolve issues related to planning, permitting, or technical challenges during rollouts.
  • Manage team of approx. 30 people.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements incl. H&S area.
  • Oversee the optimization of network performance and quality of service measured by quality KPIs and customer perception
  • Monitor emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
