About _VOIS India
In 2009, _VOIS started operating in India and now has established global delivery centres in Pune, Bangalore and Ahmedabad. With more than 14,500 employees, _VOIS India supports global markets and group functions of Vodafone, and delivers best-in-class customer experience through multi-functional services in the areas of Information Technology, Networks, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Digital Business Solutions (Robotics & AI), Commercial Operations (Consumer & Business), Intelligent Operations, Finance Operations, Supply Chain Operations and HR Operations and more.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure to support business operations.
2. Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Monitor cloud resources, optimize performance, and ensure high availability of systems.
3. Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security measures, including identity and access management, network security, and compliance with industry standards.
4. Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates to streamline operations.
5. Backup and Disaster Recovery: Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect data and ensure business continuity.
6. Cost Management: Monitor and manage Azure costs, optimizing resource usage and implementing cost-saving strategies.
7. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Azure-related issues, working with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents.
8. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of Azure configurations, processes, and procedures.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to support application deployments and infrastructure requirements.
