What you will do
- Manage and monitor data centre network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues within agreed SLAs.
- Implement network changes and upgrades following best practices and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and incident resolutions.
What skills you need
- Proficiency in network technologies such as routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Hands-on experience with data centre network equipment and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ITIL processes.
- Strong understanding of security principles and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
